LORI LOO’s BRAND IDENTITY
THE BRIEF
Lori Loo’s is a newly launched jewelry boutique by Lauren Hess that specializes in handmade earrings sold via Etsy. Lauren approached me to create a bespoke logo and full visual identity. She wanted something clean, feminine, and personal, yet versatile enough to grow with her brand as it evolves.
THE SOLUTION
In our initial conversation, Lauren shared her love for earthy elements like leaves and florals. This aesthetic shaped the brand's elegant, organic feel, along with flowing, leaf-inspired typography and a Viridian green color palette.
To further personalize the brand, I drew on a fond memory Lauren shared in our first design call: bonding with a green parrot at a pet store she nicknamed “Bubba.” This inspired a logo variation featuring a Lorikeet, a brightly colored species of parrot that tied together her personal narrative, the tropical theme, and the brand name "Lori Loo’s" in a meaningful way.
